Skyberries and Voidmelons or Voidberries and Skymelons

It doesn't look much like a gargoyle.

In the cathedral, I saw the bright colours and wanted to melt, like the plastic crates and bottles, that dripped and contorted, like the old toys and emptied containers, that mutated and mingled, like everything, everything that had merged.
