Marrakech is my destination in about a week and a half. Any recommendations for: trips into the desert, food (vegetarian), good places to take photos?

e-mai list for vegetarians in Africa (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ivu-africa/)... I couldn't find any vegetarian restaurants in Morocco on Happy Cow.net, at VegDining.org I found one "partially vegetarian" in Tangiers.
