Marrakech is my destination in about a week and a half. Any recommendations for: trips into the desert, food (vegetarian), good places to take photos?

ooooh Antarctica! I want to go there. I've already camped north of the Arctic circle, now I want to camp in the Antarctic! Wooo cold!

Not been to Marrakech. I must start planning my holidays this year. I've been way too disorganized so far.
