Cassette Tape Rabble Demi-Drabble

I unravelled a cassette tape while at the bus-stop and it seemed increasingly futile, as if in future it may only be used as a displacement activity, nothing more. Abandoning the tangled loops of shiny brown tape, I doubted I would listen to the songs again in that order.

In the past I've considered about taking unravelled cassette tapes home with me, to reconstruct them at home and see what strange and unusual music they contain. Or if they are discarded memoirs and they'll have interviews or stories to give some background as to who once owned them.

Maybe one day I will.

i used to pick them up and make bracelets out of them. always sorta wondered what was on them but liked not knowing.
