Genuary 2 - Pylon dither

The theme for Genuary day 2 was dithering, so I tried to add dithering to a pylon. Clicking on the pylon will go to a video on Flickr of it crackling.

Oh, that's cool! It makes it look like a live video, though I assume it's generated from a still image?

It is indeed a still image. It seemed fitting for a pylon to add some crackling though.
