this is great! did you make the 'blank' as well? what material is it?

I didn't, I just bought it from Hobbycraft. They call it vegan leather.

The holes are bigger than the cross-stitch fabric I'm used to and the bracelet is a bit big for my small wrists, but still, I quite like it!
