Jun. 1st, 2020 11:23 am
I created a Teletext page in Animal Crossing, as well as a more standard Teletext page version. (Teletext version: https://zxnet.co.uk/teletext/viewer/?c=3&p=356)
After 8 weeks, I finished Zombies 5K and ran 5K! After concluding I still didn't like running and stopping running for about a week, I then started doing Zombies, Run! Some days I run to Richmond and some days I run to Twickenham.
I went to virtual Maraoke three times and sung songs about video games.
I went to an Ingress First Saturday and recharged some portals and put up green Enlightened bunting around my flat and chatted to people on Zoom.
I went to virtual Ingress Enlightened London drinks.
I went to virtual craft sessions organised by
I went to a London Retro Computing event and heard Steven Goodwin talk about The Very First Computer Program.
I started attending Sound Art classes again. This time Sound Art 3: Interactivity. I am learning how to use Max.
I connected a Makey-Makey up to Max and wrote a patch so that I could play a tune on a garlic press, colander and a saucepan.
I listened to some of the talks at Wiscon.
I watched demos at the Outline demo party.
I saw Daniel Kitson's The Interminable suicide of Gregory Church. I had forgotten I had seen it some years ago in Oxford, but it was still good.
I played quite a lot of Animal Crossing and visited some people's islands and had people come to visit.
I ate (vegan) black pudding for the first time.
I went for a few walks in nearby parks and amongst the cow parsley.
I stared at pictures of vending machines in Tokyo.
I used the Treetalk website to help me identify trees in the nearby streets and went on a few walks to spot the trees, such as the golden rain tree, the tree of heaven, the Norway maple, and the purple cherry plum.
