Fruit and trees

I ate a níspero for the first time yesterday, which is an orange coloured fruit, also known as a loquat. Apparently, in Mexico, they are associated with the Day of the Dead and are placed on altars as offerings to the spirits of the deceased.

I also visited the Marylebone Elm, a Huntingdon elm tree on Marylebone High Street. It was tall and leafy.
