aw. i was thinking about floppy disks the other day, and how they used to only hold 1.44MB. and when memory sticks came out, how amazing that was... nostalgia eh.

The photo was inspired by my dad asking if he could borrow my 5¼-inch floppy drive! I am surprised he even still has 5¼-inch disks with data on them.

i've definitely got some 3 1/2inch floppys somewhere, with work on. it's weird to think data is entombed in them. an even weirder thought than vhs or cassette tape for some reason.

can't imagine what your dad needs from his little disks!
