Walkie talkie and friends

One evening, I saw the mechanical jellyfish floating over me at the Tate Modern and the day after that, a beautiful sunset over the Thames.

I made it into the office three times in February, which was more than in the previous two years altogether, but then on one of those days I got pinged by the Covid app.

For Ingress Second Sunday, I met up with other players and we did the Primrose Hill banner.

Another Sunday I walked to Teddington, along the river.

I visited Eynsford and walked across the fields and in the woods and over the hills.

I did a painting based on dice rolls.

I met a person from a dating site and we saw lions near to Waterloo and then got the boat and then the cable car and walked to Trinity Buoy Wharf. We climbed the lighthouse and listened to Longplayer and I noticed a Douglas Coupland badge there - "I miss time". A phone rang when I walked near it and I listened to tales about the area. We looked at sculptures and went inside the tiny Faraday Museum. For the first time since the pandemic I ate inside a restaurant as it was a cold and windy day.

I took a trip to Broadstairs and walked on the beach and then along, by the cliffs.

I went on holiday to Sheringham in Norfolk and enjoyed walking along the beach and staring at the sea. I walked along the edge of the golf course on the clifftops and then in the other direction, to the Beeston Bump. Luckily the black shuck was not sighted. I continued to West Runton and looked for fossils. No mammoths were found, but I did find some belemnite. I also enjoyed how brightly coloured the rocks were.

I walked around the ruined Priory of St Mary in the Meadow in Beeston Regis.

On my birthday I took a boat trip and saw seals at Blakeney Point.
