Returning to Myrrh

I returned to the world today, having spent a few days somewhere else, out of it, where everything seemed fuzzy. Some kind of virus, infecting my mind, ripping my voice away, took over and I chewed on out-of-date black sweets containing myrrh, while watching the Munsters on daytime TV.

As I waited for the bus today, everything seemed so bright, and I wondered if the world had been replaced while I was away, with a brighter one. Although the bus looked fairly similar to previous buses and did not seem to glow too much, I've been looking at photos I took last week to convince myself everything is still the same.
