Old Diaries

I desire to smear the past with glue and close the pages, to catalogue the foreign art gallery ticket stubs and photos of people who now look gnarled. Specifically, I am drawn to old diaries, that are so blank that it's like anything at all could have happened. This is not so that I can be like Lelaina who schedules her life somewhere in the past, but just so that I can make some room in my box for fragments from the future. I'm particularly looking for diaries from 2001 and 2002, preferably fairly large ones, that have maybe one or two days per page. Ebay doesn't have a very good selection, so can anyone suggest where I could find such things?

You mean like date books?

It's funny you mentioned that cos this morning I opened my big work diary, the kind of ones with an A4 page for each day, and realised that I haven't written anything in it since 27th of Feb. So if you ask the same question a year or two down the line, you're more than welcome to this one!
I guess the best people to ask are people that are moving out and stuff, i always seem to find diaries that people have bought as presents etc when moving out...
good luck!

why 2001 2002? Do these years have a particular significance?

I graduated from university in 2001, so my life changed significantly at that point. Or it could just be for tax evasion purposes. ;)

Who are you, anonymous person? Do you work for the National Neon Narwhal company and do not want me to write about how I saw a neon narwhal in 2002, in case people suddenly believe that I did? Is there some kind of cover-up?

Nor are neon narwhals. Which planet are they from though?

Does it really matter? Existence is what is important
