I was planning on going on holiday in the UK, but the forecast for the week I'd booked off was constant rain! Then ended up looking for cheap flights to somewhere not rainy and ended up deciding on Brindisi/Bari, but then my itinerary was getting more and more complicated and the flights went up.. so I ended up in Venice instead, just for 3 nights, so wasn't there long and spent my time mostly just wandering. I'd not been to Venice before and enjoyed it.
