Flammkuchen is indeed a German sort-of-pizza, very thin and crispy. The traditional version includes animal, but other toppings are available.
So far, I've tried a Whole Creations Sheesy Pizza (straightforward cheese + tomato) and Goodfellas Falafel (a less obvious choice for a first offering; on a pizza it's kind of dry). I'm still on the lookout for the other Sheesy one (butternut squash).
