Genuary 7- Wall with lines
Jan. 7th, 2022 09:46 pmDay 7's Genuary prompt was "Sol LeWitt Wall Drawing" and there were links to some of Sol LeWitt's work: Sol LeWitt: A Wall Drawing Retrospective. I liked the work with many lines, and also the colourful ones, and I found out that often with the works, the draftsmanÂ’ is given instructions written by Sol LeWitt and then interprets them to create the work, so they would turn out different in different places. One that particularly stood out to me was Wall Drawing 51 - "All architectural points connected by straight lines".
I wanted an actual wall in my attempt, so photographed a section of my bedroom wall. I then decided what would count as "architectural points" and then wrote code to draw lines between each of the points, connecting them to all other points.
